Nobel Prize 2005



Do you really think that we live in a pacific world?
Neither do I. I don't really think that our world is pacific, we can see wars in which a lot of people who are not guilty die. There are a lot of people who don't have nothing to eat or to drink due to they don't have money.


Mohamed El Baradei
That's why I chosed the Nobel Prize of peace of 2005. An organisation called International Atomic Energy Agency (IATA) and a men called Mohamed El Baradei won the prize. They did a very big effort to prevent nuclear energy from being used for military purposes and to ensure that nuclear energy for peaceful purposes is used in the safest possible way.

 He was the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), an intergovernmental organization under the auspices of the United Nations, from 1997 to 2009. He and the IAEA were jointly awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2005. ElBaradei was also prominently featured in the Western press regarding relatively recent politics in Egypt, particularly the 2011 revolution which ousted President Hosni Mubarak, and the 2013 Egyptian coup d'état.

From my point of view, nuclear energy is not very safe,can danger a lot to the enviroment. Apart from being very expensive, It pollutes a lot, we can not see it's pollution but that doesn't mean that it's clean. Also, when is a war and those chemial arms are used, a lot of people die, that's why I appreciate so much those people and agency effort. I want a pacific world, not a world in which inocent people die, there is hunger... If you are as interesd as me for being the world safe, please try to do safe things.

Results

We created a questionary to see the differences and the similraties that Basque and Turkish people have. If we look at the results, we see that all the students from both countryes practise some sports or have a group of friends. If we look at the results of free time we can say that we have similar tastes: we like meeting with friends, watching TV, surfing in internet....  Obviously, our culture is different and we don't trust and practise same things. For example, most of them are islam and in the Basque Country most of us don't believe in no one. Talking about music, we can say that 53 percent of the people who answered the questionary don't play any instrument and that the guitar is just played by 15 out of 100.  As a conclusion, taking into acount all the information previously mentioned, we can say that our culture and turkish culture hae obuiously some differencies and some similarities. International project

Hi bloggers! I know it's been a long time since I last published something but that's because I have been working in an international project. Yes, you read it well, an international project! It's probably one of the most important projects I've made in my career and I am very enthusiastic about it. We have been working from a different site called etwinning, where we can chat online and exchange information with them.  Today I will speak you about the different schools systems from the  countries we have been workin on. They are : Italy, Turkey and Spanish. The Italian students have clases five times per week, I mean, from monday to friday. They work from 8:1o a.m to 13:10 p.m. where they have neccesary subjects like maths, English, French... and some which they decide, for example they have to choose between Spanish and German.
